Anas’ #12: Read Zylofon boss’ twitter rant against Anas

Nana Appiah Mensah, Chief Executive Officer of Zylofon Cash, sponsors of the Ghana Premier League, has said that relying on the Anas documentary to judge individuals captured in the investigations would be wrong and unfair.

Youth and Sports Minister, Isaac Kwame Asiamah, on Thursday confirmed that Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has dissolved the Ghana Football Association, GFA, after the airing of the “Number 12” video.

BREAKING NEWS: President Akufo Addo Dissolves GFA

His comment follows government’s decision to dissolve the Ghana Football Association, GFA, after the undercover piece which captured gross corruption, bribery and fraud, was aired on Wednesday and Thursday.

Mr Mensah, in a tweet, said “#Number12 presents Ghana a fine circumstantial documentary (film) evidence, but it is wrong to rely on such a material, which has not been subjected to the standards of the laws or rules of evidence before conclusions. I urge for calm. Let’s deflate our rage. #GhanaShallprosper.”

Zylofon Cash last month signed a three-year deal worth $10million with the GFA to become title sponsors of the GP
