Director of Elections and IT for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr Edward Omane Boamah, has stated that the incoming administration under President John Dramani Mahama is committed to restoring dignity, vision, experience, and expertise to the governance of Ghana.

Speaking on Joy FM's Super Morning Show on Wednesday, December 11, Omane Boamah emphasised that these qualities would form the cornerstone of the NDC’s approach to leadership.

He explained that President Mahama’s timely response to the political climate was a demonstration of his commitment to national unity and stability.

Dr Omane Boamah highlighted how the President's call for calm on the eve of the elections, followed by his continued message of peace, was crucial in ensuring that the nation remains focused on moving forward.

“We will work to restore dignity, vision, experience, and expertise into the governance architecture of our country,” Dr Omane Boamah remarked.

He stressed that President Mahama's leadership would bring these values back to the forefront of Ghanaian politics, which he believed was crucial for the country's development and progress.

Omane Boamah further reiterated that President Mahama's actions and speech were a reflection of his longstanding dedication to peace and national cohesion.
