Elorm Adablah, better known as E.L., who won the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year in 2016, has explained why he refrains from engaging in rap beefs like some of his fellow artists.
He cited his unique skill set and musical versatility as reasons for not participating in such rivalries.
E.L. expressed that he doesn’t see himself at the same level as some other rappers, and engaging in a beef could have serious consequences due to his diverse musical talents. He believes that his ability to effortlessly switch between various musical genres and styles sets him apart in the music industry.
The artist, known for his hit track “Kaa bu Ame,” described himself as being like five different artists in one body, allowing him to explore various musical directions and approaches. He emphasized his versatility by mentioning his ability to seamlessly delve into any genre and adapt to different beats.
E.L. also highlighted his production skills, mentioning that he has a personal studio and has earned recognition as a producer, having won awards for “Producer of the Year” on multiple occasions. His approach to music and ability to adapt have undoubtedly contributed to his success in the Ghanaian music scene.
