I won’t apologise – A Plus dares Ursula Owusu

Musician and comedian, Kwame Asare Obeng popularly known as A Plus has dared Ursula Owusu Ekuful to proceed to court over alleged “defamatory’’ comments he made about her.

The Communications Minister and MP for Ablekuma West through her lawyer Gary Nimako Marfo threatened to sue the NPP firebrand if he fails to apologise over his unsavory remarks about her on his Facebook wall.

The letter warned: “We are instructed to notify you that our client takes a serious view of your defamatory publication on Facebook and would not hesitate to commence legal action against you if the said publication is not retracted on or before June 1, 2018.

“We are also instructed to notify you to render an unqualified apology in the same medium and prominence in the manner that your libelous publication was done.’’

A Plus is alleged to have posted that “Kwasi Nyantakyi is only being sacrificed to cover up the $89/178 million KelniGVG stinking scandal.”

But the musician has fired more salvos and dared the minister to sue him.

Describing himself as a lion, Kwame A Plus said “If I appologise Nimokafui and Ayetefrem and chalabim and Salafim should kill me. You think this is 2017. I only helped you to win power. I’m not Part of your nonsense.

He could not fathom why the NPP made him attack former President John Mahama and yet they are threatening him with legal actions for criticizing them.
