Tema NDC Executives Hail Appointment of New GPHA Boss

A group of executives of the Tema East Constituency branch of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has hailed the appointment of Brigadier Gen. Paul Seidu Tanye-Kulono as the Director General of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA).

She emphasized that the accomplished soldier and lawyer is more than well-cut for the position, given the rare combination of military experience and legal expertise that he is bringing on board.

“President Mahama has been wowing all of us with the calibre of appointments that he has been making so far, but this one really is impressive,’’ said Mrs. Joselyn Quansah, who was flanked by several executives of Tema West and Tema East Constituencies said.

According to her, the new GPHA boss’ rich experience inspires hope that the GPHA will be retooled as a major plank of the country’s economic recovery programme and president Mahama’s reset agenda.

‘’His Excellency the President is showing that he really means business and we in the NDC are proud of the excellent leadership that has been showcased so far.’’
