O.K Frimpong gives scholarship to 20 students in his constituency
The Member of Parliament (MP) for Asante Akyem North, Ohene Kwame Frimpong, has reaffirmed his commitment to education by awarding full scholarships to 20 deserving students within his constituency.
This scholarship package, covering tuition and hostel accommodation for the entire duration of their academic journey, ensures that financial constraints do not hinder their pursuit of higher education.
True to his campaign promise of making quality education accessible to all, Hon. O.K. Frimpong has personally committed to funding the fees each semester from his pocket, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to empowering the youth through education.
A total of GHC 100,000 was awarded at a special ceremony held at the forecourt of Salt FM in Asante Akyem Agogo on Sunday, December 26, 2025.
The selection committee prioritized needy but brilliant students, including orphans, ensuring that the most vulnerable in the constituency receive the opportunity to build a brighter future.
